Firstly, we will discuss with you on what custom item you are trying to make. After the decision is made, we will send off your ideas to our in-house designer, who will bring your design to life. After revisions need to be made, we will send your artwork off to being the mold stage.

For the mold stage, our vendor will take the artwork provided and show a sample mold of the product. Revisions can be made through the process, and once the mold is solidified, the mold will be sent into the painting stage & final revisions.

In the final stage of our custom process, paint is added and your custom design is finally brought to life. Any final revisions can be made with the paint before it enters production and then shipped to us to ship to you!
